New Year!

The holidays have been wonderful to our family! We enjoyed many great outings, activities and quiet moments together. With the closing of the holiday season I thought I would share a few items we enjoyed before we head into the new year with school! While on vacation Holly enjoyed the Pacific Northwest Ballet's Nutcracker, Seattle Children's Theater's production of Wizard of Oz, a family trip to Leavenworth, her first Christmas Choir Concert with Tacoma Youth Chorus, the new Olympia Children's Museum and many fun times with friends. Many firsts this month and much enjoyment!

Spring Break

This past week we finally took Spring Break! When many of our friends had their Spring Break they were either out of town or the weather was kind of crummy... so we decided to keep on trucking through our school sessions and hold out for good weather. When we looked at the forecast for this week it was beautiful, so we decided it was finally time for Holly's Spring Break! A perfect week too because she celebrated her birthday making it extra special for some free time.

With sunshine abound we enjoyed a birthday party, a visit from Aunt Margie, we've met friends at the park for playtime, headed to the zoo, Daddy took a day off, we celebrated Holly turning seven years old and even took is a fun show of Sesame Street Live to end the week.

It was a great week to enjoy Spring at it's finest!!!
